Form C is due within seven months after your financial year-end. Tax estimates (CP204) must be submitted at least 30 days before the start of each basis period.

Do I need to implement e-Invoicing?

LHDN is phasing in e-Invoicing by annual turnover. We will confirm your phase and what you need to change in your billing process.
