Payment policy

How fees are quoted, invoiced and paid.

Quotations and invoices

All fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) before work starts. Quotations are valid for 30 days. Government fees and disbursements are shown separately. Sales and Service Tax (SST) is added where it applies.

When payment is due

  • Monthly services: billed at the start of each month and payable within 14 days.
  • Annual filings and one-off projects: 50% on engagement and the balance on completion, unless agreed otherwise.
  • Incorporations and registrations: payable in full before lodgement.

    • Payment methods

    Pay online through our secure payment page using the methods shown at checkout, or by bank transfer to the company account printed on your invoice, quoting the invoice number. We never ask you to pay into a personal account.

    Late payment

    We may pause work on overdue accounts until payment is received, and will remind you before doing so.
