How ROO Collective collects, uses and protects personal data under the PDPA 2010.

Effective 9 October 2026. ROO Collective Sdn. Bhd. (202501040810 (1642219-U)) handles personal data in line with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

What we collect

  • Contact details: name, email, phone number and address.
  • Identity documents and particulars of directors, shareholders and employees needed for filings, payroll and KYC.
  • Financial, tax and payroll records needed to deliver our services.
  • Website usage data such as pages visited and browser type.

  • To respond to enquiries and deliver the services you engage us for.
  • To prepare and submit filings to LHDN, SSM, KWSP, PERKESO and other authorities.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and anti-money laundering obligations.
  • To issue invoices and process payments.

    • Who we share it with

    We disclose personal data only to authorities as part of your instructions, to your appointed auditor at your request, to service providers who help us operate (such as payment, IT and cloud providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires. We do not sell personal data.

    Retention

    We keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and for at least seven years where tax and company law require it.
